Cancellation Policy

After making your online appointment with us, we will reach out to confirm details and guarantee your appointment date. We require a deposit to cover materials before they are ordered in for the vehicle. This amount varies depending on the job, but typically is 50% of the total. We ask that all cancelations or re-schedule requests are made at least 24 hours in advance of appointment. All custom leather orders are final sale and non-refundable. Thank you
